The Chong'an Jiangxi Guild Hall is located at No. 32 Nanmen Street, Xinfeng Subdistrict, Wuyishan City, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

The Chong'an Jiangxi Guild Hall has been designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.

Xinfeng Subdistrict: The Xinfeng Subdistrict Office is situated on the eastern bank of the Chongxi River in the southeastern part of Wuyishan City. It borders the Wuyishan Tea Farm to the south, Yangzhuang Township to the west, Shangmei Township to the east, and Wu Tun Township to the north. Chengdong Township lies in a semi-mountainous region, with Niutang, the highest-altitude natural village, reaching 741 meters above sea level, while Bengeng, the lowest-altitude administrative village, sits at 252 meters.

In ancient times, the area of the Xinfeng Subdistrict Office was under the jurisdiction of Siyu Li and parts of Wutai Township. During the Republican era, it was part of Qingxian Town.
