The Yongding Tiger and Leopard Villa is a cultural heritage site of Fujian Province.

The Tiger and Leopard Villa is located in Zhongchuan Village, Xiayang Town, Yongding County, Longyan City. Built in 1946 by the renowned overseas Chinese leader and "Tiger Balm King" Hu Wenhu, it covers an area of 2,730 square meters and features a concrete structure, a hip-and-gable roof, and a post-and-lintel wooden frame. It was designated as a cultural heritage site of Fujian Province in 1991.

Zhongchuan Village: Located in the southern part of Xiayang Town, about 1 kilometer from the town center, Zhongchuan Village is the hometown of the patriotic overseas Chinese leader Hu Wenhu and a well-known village with a large overseas Chinese population. The village currently has 779 households and a population of 2,713. Zhongchuan boasts a rich cultural heritage, having produced unique cultural phenomena such as “five successful imperial examination candidates from one family,” “four historiographers across three generations,” and “father and son imperial examination graduates.” In modern times, it has also given rise to the “six great figures”—“Tin Mine King” Hu Zichun, the “Tiger Balm King” and patriotic overseas Chinese leader Hu Wenhu, Hu Zhaoxiang, a member of the Central Political Council during the Republic of China era, art master Hu Yichuan, diplomat Hu Chengfang, and media queen Aw Boon Haw.
