Beishan Guan Yu Temple is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province.

Beishan Guan Yu Temple is located in Beishan Village, Gaopi Town, Yongding County. Originally built in the eighth year of the Wanli era during the Ming Dynasty (1580) and expanded in the late Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, it faces northwest and is situated to the southeast. The complex consists of a front hall, courtyard, worship pavilion, main hall, left and right corridors, and a rear yard, covering a construction area of 890 square meters. The facade of the main hall is shaped like the Chinese character “昌” (prosperity), has three stories, reaches a total height of 19.8 meters, is five bays wide, features a post-and-lintel beam frame, and has a hip-and-gable roof. This temple provides physical material for the study of Ming and Qing dynasty official-style architecture in the province.

Beishan Village: Beishan Village is one of the two major administrative villages in Gaopi Town, Yongding County, Longyan City. It is located in the northern part of Yongding County, 40 kilometers from the county seat. The Yongding County Industrial Park is built at the foot of Lianhua Mountain in the village. Yonghu Highway runs through the village, providing convenient transportation. To the east, it borders Fulin and Xianfu Street Neighborhood Committee; to the west, it faces Huangtian across a river, forming a contiguous area; to the north lies the village’s back mountain, beyond which is Shangyang Village; to the south, it connects closely with Hexing Village.
