Xibei Peijing Hall is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province.

Xibei Peijing Hall is located in Xibi Village, Gaobei Town, Yongding District, Longyan City, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

Overview: A mansion-style earthen building, also known as a Five Phoenix Tower, it was built during the Qianlong era of the Qing Dynasty (1736–1795), and has been repaired multiple times. The building faces east and spans 6,950 square meters, featuring a two-courtyard, three-section corridor design with left and right wing rooms. The central axis, from east to west, consists of the surrounding wall, rain terrace, entrance hall, courtyard, central hall, middle courtyard, and main building. The outer gate is situated at the northeast corner, with a gable and hip roof featuring swallowtail ridges. The central hall has three bays, a post-and-lintel frame supported by gable walls, and a roof with three ridge segments and a hip-and-gable design. The main building has four stories, with each floor consisting of one hall and nine rooms, topped with a hip-and-gable roof. The overall architecture rises progressively from front to back, and the ground also slopes upward stepwise.

Protected area: The building is surrounded by a buffer zone extending 20 meters outward on all sides.

In 2018, Xibei Peijing Hall was designated as part of the ninth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the People’s Government of Fujian Province.

Xibi Village: Xibi Village has a population of 6,238, with 1,620 households and 46 villager groups. It currently has 162 Party members, organized into three Party branches, making it the largest administrative village in Gaobei Town. The village encompasses approximately 38,000 mu of forested land and 3,600 mu of arable land, and is home to the nationally key cultural heritage site — Xibi Tianhou Temple.

Xibi Village is located upstream of the Yongding River, on the western side of Gaobei Town. The Yongding River flows around the village, stretching 6 kilometers from the head to the tail of the village. Xibi Village is a place rich in talent and cultural legacy.
