The Former Site of the Soviet Credit Cooperative of Taiping District and Xiba Township (Yuan An Hall) is a cultural relic protection unit of Yongding District.

The Former Site of the Soviet Credit Cooperative of Taiping District and Xiba Township (Yuan An Hall) is located in Xiba Village, Gaopu Town, dating back to 1929.

The Former Site of the Taiping District Soviet Credit Cooperative, Yuan An Hall, was built in the late Qing Dynasty. It faces northeast and is situated southwest, featuring an earth-and-wood structure, a two-courtyard three-section corridor-style layout with a left wing, a total width of 13 meters, and a total depth of 15.4 meters, covering an area of 400 square meters. Along the central axis from northeast to southwest are the rain courtyard, main gate, entrance hall, patio, central hall, patio, and main building. The main building has three floors, designed in a watchtower style with a unit-based room layout. Each floor has six rooms, one hall, and one staircase. It features a hip-and-gable roof and a post-and-lintel wooden frame. In October 1929, the Xipo Township Credit Cooperative was established, with its location set at Yuan An Hall. It was soon expanded into the Taiping District Credit Cooperative. The cooperative had a relatively complete financial management and democratic management system, with an internal supervisory body—the Review Committee.

The village has about 38,000 mu of forested land and 3,600 mu of cultivated land, and it is home to the Xiba Tianhou Palace, a national key cultural relic protection unit.

Xiba Village is located upstream of the Yongding River, on the western side of Gaopu Town.
