The Chen Clan Ancestral Hall at Pinglu (Yongfu Hall) is a cultural heritage protection unit of Zhao'an County.

The Chen Clan Ancestral Hall at Pinglu (Yongfu Hall), dating back to the Ming Dynasty, is located in Pinglu Village, Jianshe Township, and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

On June 28, 2016, the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall at Pinglu (Yongfu Hall) was designated as part of the 16th batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Zhao'an County.

Protected area: 30 meters southward from the eaves drip line, and 2 meters east, west, and north.

Pinglu Village: Pinglu is situated 6.5 kilometers west of the Jianshe Township government seat. It borders Chitian to the east, Xiacao Village of Guangdong Province to the west, the foothills of Shenbishan Mountain in Taiping Town to the north, and Guolaotou Mountain to the south. The village includes two natural settlements: Pinglu and Fengweian, with the village committee based in Pinglu. The settlement is built along the mountain and facing the stream, taking on a rectangular shape. The area is home to 204 households of the Chen clan, with a population of 770 ethnic Han people who speak the Southern Min dialect. The residents are organized into five villager groups. There are 620 mu of arable land, including 500 mu of paddy fields and 120 mu of dry farmland. The main crops include banana oranges, rice, sugarcane, and sweet potatoes, along with subsidiary crops such as pineapples, lychees, plums, and tea.
