Shangyun Xiangyun Tower is a cultural relic protection unit of Zhao'an County.

Shangyun Xiangyun Tower dates back to the Ming Dynasty. It is located in Shangyun Natural Village, Shangyun Village, Baiyang Township, and is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

On June 28, 2016, Shangyun Xiangyun Tower was designated as part of the 16th batch of County-level Cultural Relics Protection Units in Zhao'an County.

Protected area: Extends 50 meters westward from the eaves' drip line, and 5 meters east, south, and north.

Shangyun Village: Shangyun Village is located in the western part of Baiyang Township. To the east is Yulou Village, to the west it neighbors Shenhu Village, to the north lies Baishi Village, and to the south it borders Guangdong Province. The village covers an area of 4 square kilometers and includes four natural villages: Shangyun, Shangwudou, Xiawudou, and Jiangcou Tower. The village has a total of 296 households, with a population of 1,120 people, and cultivated land area of 1,668 mu, including 908 mu of paddy fields and 760 mu of dry farmland.
