Tangxi Ciyun Temple is a cultural heritage site protected by Zhao’an County.

Dating back to the Song Dynasty, Tangxi Ciyun Temple is located in Tangxi Village, Baiyang Township, and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

On April 17, 2013, Tangxi Ciyun Temple was designated as part of the 14th batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Zhao’an County.

Protected area: 80 meters west of the temple wall, 4 meters east, south, and north, including the pond.

Baiyang Township: Known as the “Southern Gateway” of Fujian, Zhao’an County is situated in southeastern Fujian. Baiyang Township lies in the southwestern part of Zhao’an, at the border between Fujian and Guangdong, at 117°05′ east longitude and 33°44′ north latitude. It borders the foothills of Baxian Mountain to the north, neighbors Shenqiao Town to the south, and adjoins Raoping County of Guangdong Province to the west.
