Dingkeng Gongbei Tower is a cultural heritage protection unit of Zhao’an County.

Dingkeng Gongbei Tower dates back to the Qing Dynasty. It is located in Dingkeng Natural Village, Ding’an Village, Xiuzhuan Town, and is classified as an ancient building.

On April 17, 2013, Dingkeng Gongbei Tower was designated as part of the 14th batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Zhao’an County.

Protected area: 3 meters to the east, west, and south of the tower, 34 meters to the north, including the banyan tree.

Ding’an Village: Ding’an Village is located to the west of Xiuzhuan Town, bordering Beikeng Village to the north and Raoping County of Guangdong Province to the west. It is a revolutionary base village with a total population of 3,849. The village has over 10,000 mu of mountainous land, 980 mu of arable land, 34 Party members, and 13 villager groups. The main sources of income for villagers are working outside the village, while those who stay at home earn income from tea cultivation and rice farming. In recent years, with strong support from higher-level governments, the village’s two committees have demonstrated unity and progress, the Party member team has continued to grow, and transportation, sanitation, and the environment have seen continuous improvement.
