The Dongqiao Zhang Clan Ancestral Hall is a cultural heritage protection unit of Zhao'an County.

The Dongqiao Zhang Clan Ancestral Hall, dating back to the Qing Dynasty, is located in Dongqiao Village, Sidu Town, and is classified as an ancient building.

On April 17, 2013, the Dongqiao Zhang Clan Ancestral Hall was designated as part of the 14th batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Zhao'an County.

Protected area: 4 meters east and west beyond the ancestral hall wall, and 10 meters north and south.

Dongqiao Village: Located in the eastern part of Sidu Town, Dongqiao Village borders Meizhou Township. The village currently has 945 households and a population of 3,800; it encompasses 2,600 mu of arable land, 8,500 mu of mountainous land, and 1,100 mu of freshwater aquaculture area. It is a key administrative village in Sidu Town.

The village enjoys a prominent geographical advantage, with National Highway 324 running through it, providing very convenient transportation. It is 210 kilometers from Xiamen and 95 kilometers from Shantou. Dongqiao Village also possesses potential cultural strengths—historically and to this day, it has produced many notable individuals renowned both in China and abroad.
