The Jiulong River Water Conservancy Scenic Area in Hua'an County is located in Hua'an County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. It is built around the Hua'an Hydropower Station and is classified as a natural river and lake-type water conservancy scenic area, covering a planned area of 9.55 square kilometers.

The scenic area features unique resources, allowing visitors to admire a bamboo botanical garden that gathers rare bamboo species from various countries and regions, experience the simple and warm hospitality of the Gaoshan ethnic group, appreciate the treasures of Chinese folk art—Hua'an jade carvings, and explore the Jade Carving Corridor, a masterpiece of nature’s grand craftsmanship. Built upon the abundant water resources and excellent water environment of the Hua'an Jiulong River, the area aims to improve urban living conditions and elevate residents' spiritual life. It integrates with Fujian Tulou—specifically Hua'an Tulou—to showcase Hua'an’s rich natural and cultural landscapes, establish Hua'an’s tourism brand, enhance the city’s image, and boost local economic development.
