The Former Site of the Hua'an Class of the Sino-American Cooperative Organization is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province.

The Former Site of the Hua'an Class of the Sino-American Cooperative Organization is located in Xiaban Village, Huafeng Town, Hua'an County, dating back to 1944–1946.

Description: Officially known as the “Sixth Special Technical Training Class of the Sino-American Cooperative Organization,” it is a historical testament to the wartime cooperation between Chinese and American military intelligence agencies on the international anti-fascist front during the War of Resistance against Japan. The site consists of three structures: the former classrooms of the training class and the former quarters of American instructors, the former dining hall and armory of the training class, and the former training site for the Youth League Cadre Class. The former classrooms and instructors' quarters were built in August 1944 when the training class was established, located at the former campus of Xiaban Primary School. They comprise three rows of single-story brick-and-wood structures, with a construction area of 764 square meters and a site area of 2,163 square meters. The former dining hall and armory were originally the Long'an Rock Temple, built during the Qing Dynasty. The surviving structures include a two-courtyard layout with side rooms and two rows of standalone houses, covering a construction area of 684 square meters and a site area of 1,438 square meters. The Youth League Cadre Class was held in the Zhongde Hall of the Li Family Ancestral Shrine, a two-courtyard building with hanging gables, with a construction area of 230 square meters. The monument commemorating the fallen American pilot, preserved at Long'an Rock Temple, and the well-preserved WWII map murals and slogans inside Zhongde Hall are valuable relics from the war.

Protected Area: A 20-meter buffer zone extends outward from the perimeter of each individual structure.

In 2018, the Former Site of the Hua'an Class of the Sino-American Cooperative Organization was designated as part of the ninth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the People's Government of Fujian Province.
