NBA Center

The NBA Center is a comprehensive experiential commercial hub jointly developed by Lanhui Quanzhou Water City (Tianjin) Development Co., Ltd. and the National Basketball Association (NBA) of the United States. It is the world’s first integrated venue that blends NBA basketball culture with commercial consumption. Covering a construction area of 11,454 square meters, the NBA Center features six core functional areas, including NBA Kids, the NBA Official Store, the NBA Café & Restaurant, the NBA Carnival, the NBA Fitness Gym, and the NBA Basketball Court. The NBA Center held its groundbreaking ceremony on November 9, 2013, with plans to officially open on May 1, 2015.

Six Core Functional Areas:

1. NBA Basketball Court – Experience world-class basketball in a premier sports venue

The NBA Basketball Court is the centerpiece of the NBA Center. Its spatial design draws on the materials and equipment commonly used in NBA arenas in the United States, ensuring reliability and authenticity. The court and official training area will offer visitors an authentic NBA basketball experience.

The NBA Basketball Court covers a total area of approximately 3,000 square meters and includes an NBA-standard basketball court capable of accommodating nearly 5,000 spectators.

2. NBA Fitness Gym – Redefining gyms through science and technology

The NBA Fitness Gym reflects the optimal standards of physical training for NBA players through its fitness programs, equipment, and dietary plans. Personal trainers help members achieve world-class athletic training using the NBA’s inspiring workout environment and nutritionally balanced programs.

The NBA Fitness Gym is planned for the second and third floors of the NBA Center, with a total gym area of about 3,100 square meters, plus around 1,500 square meters of racket sports space, including two badminton courts and one tennis court.

3. NBA Official Store – The exclusive destination for official NBA merchandise

The NBA Official Store offers a comprehensive display and sale of official NBA merchandise. With a total floor area of approximately 100 square meters, it features authentic jerseys, the latest high-performance sneakers, custom team apparel, and other licensed products.

4. NBA Kids – A fun-filled world for children

The NBA Kids zone is a play area designed for children, featuring spaces suitable for physical activities to help them grow strong and healthy, and perhaps even become future sports stars. The planned total construction area is about 560 square meters, catering to children under 8 years old for play and fun. Birthday parties can also be held here, making the dream of an entertainment and dining-focused NBA Kids zone a reality.

5. NBA Café & Restaurant – The ultimate NBA dining experience

At the NBA Café & Restaurant, guests love the classic-style bar, and barbecue enthusiasts gather here, drawn by the fast-paced, exciting atmosphere reminiscent of an NBA game. Even a brief visit is energized by the spirit of the games and players, with real-time updates on the latest match developments shown on vividly colored big screens.

The NBA Café & Restaurant has a planned total construction area of 760 square meters, where visitors can enjoy authentic American coffee while savoring classic American cuisine and cheering on NBA games.

6. NBA Carnival – A real NBA performance arena

Dunking offers an interactive ultimate NBA experience. Guests can race against time to slam dunk the ball, feel the thrill of the action, or watch game videos played on oversized screens larger than life.

The NBA Carnival covers a total construction area of 1,100 square meters and is designed as an NBA-themed amusement park where both adults and children can experience the passion and joy of NBA basketball.
