Majiadun in Chajian is located in Madun Group, Gaoshan Village, Chajian Town. It dates back to the Neolithic Age, is classified as an ancient site, and covers an area of square meters. It is among the second batch of cultural heritage protection units in Tianchang City, with the announcement document number Tian Zheng [1986] No. 144.

Chajian Town: Chajian Town is one of the 200 central established towns in Anhui Province and one of the 30 pilot towns for reform and development. Formerly known as "Little Nanyang," it is located in the western part of Tianchang City in eastern Anhui, within the "Yangtze River Delta" and Nanjing’s one-hour metropolitan economic circle, serving as an important corridor for the east-west industrial gradient transfer in China.

The town enjoys convenient transportation.
