The Tangchi Fruit Tree Kiln Site is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Anhui Province.

The Tangchi Fruit Tree Kiln Site is located in Hexi Village, Guoshu Village, Tangchi Town, Lujiang County.

The kiln site is situated on Huwei Mountain, covering a total area of approximately 1,500 square meters. The artifacts fired at this kiln were mainly glazed in black, with bright and delicate glazes. Such items have been unearthed in tombs from the Tang and Song dynasties in areas such as Lujiang, Shucheng, Zongyang, and Chaohu. The kiln site is located on Huwei Mountain and consists of two parts — a southern and a northern hill — with a main road between them. At the foothills of both hills, there are kiln entrances, kiln bricks, kiln stoves, kiln tools, and large accumulations of ceramic fragments. The accumulation layers vary in depth from 20 to 40 centimeters below the surface. The total area of the kiln site is about 1,500 square meters. Not only are fragments of pottery fired at the local kiln often found between the two hills and nearby, but intact items such as pillars, bowls, pots, cups, basins, and saucers can also be discovered. The artifacts fired at this kiln were mainly glazed in black, with bright and delicate glazes. Such items have been unearthed in tombs from the Tang and Song dynasties in areas such as Lujiang, Shucheng, Zongyang, and Chaohu.

Protected Area: A 100-meter radius centered around Kongjia Datang as the core of the kiln site.

Construction Control Zone: A 100-meter buffer zone surrounding the protected area.

Guoshu Village: Guoshu Village is located in the western part of Tangchi Town, 6 kilometers from the town center. It borders Sanchong Village to the south and Macao Village to the north. Surrounded by lush mountains and filled with the sounds of birds and fragrant flowers, the village enjoys spring-like weather all year round and boasts stunningly beautiful scenery. It is the central production area of Baiyun Chunhao, a famous tea brand in Anhui Province. The area features thousand-year-old ginkgo trees, camellia plants that are five to six hundred years old, Song Dynasty porcelain kiln sites, and the tomb of Zhang Liang. The Baiyun Chan Temple, with a total investment of about 15 million yuan, is located on Ergufeng within the village. A 3.5-kilometer-long road leading to Baiyun Chan Temple lies like a silver dragon sprawling over the mountain.
