The One Yuan Shuangfeng Lake International Tourism Resort is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Centered around the One Yuan International Golf Club, the Shuangfeng Lake Tourism Resort is located in Shuangdun Town, Changfeng County. It can be reached in about half an hour by car from the urban area via Shuangfeng Avenue on the Second Ring Road. Hefei One Yuan Golf Club is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong’s One Yuan Group, covering an area of over 2,000 acres, and was meticulously designed by renowned Australian golf course designer Les Watts.

Shuangdun Town is situated on the Jianghuai watershed and boasts numerous natural and artificial lakes. Shuangfeng Lake, Meichong Reservoir, Zhangqiao Reservoir, and Wangzhuang Reservoir are like scattered pieces of natural white jade, forming a pristine tourist destination that represents a perfect blend of nature’s artistry and human ingenuity.

The resort by Shuangfeng Lake features lush green lawns, shimmering blue waters, and rich vegetation. The terrain undulates like waves, presenting a naturally beautiful ecological landscape. The Anhui One Yuan International Golf Course is located on the southern shore of Shuangfeng Lake, with numerous water surfaces scattered throughout the course, creating a unique scenery where water meets sky. Therefore, the lead designer of One Yuan Golf Course said this is one of the best golf course sites in the world.

The course is laid out on the southeastern side of Shuangfeng Lake, making full use of the lake’s existing water surface during design and construction. This not only reflects the principles of protecting nature and ecology but also showcases the characteristic of a golf course integrating with and returning to nature.

The course is an 18-hole, 72-par international standard golf course and is currently the only high-standard golf course in Anhui. The total length of the fairways is 7,225 yards. The club house is situated on a hill on the southern shore of Shuangfeng Lake. Looking north, you see sparkling waters; looking southeast, you take in the beautiful views of the course. The club house has an elegant and fashionable exterior, and offers comprehensive facilities including Chinese and Western restaurants, a bar, guest rooms, a five-star resort villa hotel, a sauna and health center, a business center, a golf specialty shop, and water yachts. To the west of the club house, there is an internal road leading to the main highway, serving as the primary access route to the course.

The driving range with real grass is located to the west of the club house, stretching approximately 330 meters, and includes 3-, 4-, and 5-par practice fairways. To the west of the club house is a large grass skiing field, and to the north are an entertainment area and mini-golf. The entertainment area features a tennis center, food court, chess room, karaoke lounge, nightclub, game center, table tennis room, basketball court, badminton court, bowling alley, and billiards room. To the north of the mini-golf is a large sightseeing garden, home to a wide variety of exotic flowers and plants. With birds chirping and flowers blooming all year round, it provides a peaceful retreat for people from the bustling city. Further north lies a large ecological agriculture demonstration park. Visitors can experience the progress of modern agriculture and the wonders of technology, as well as learn a great deal about farming. These experiences offer strong appeal to urban residents, especially young people who grew up in city environments, drawing them closer to nature. To the east of the agriculture demonstration park is a yacht dock, where visitors can rent a small boat and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Shuangfeng Lake, releasing the stress brought by city life.

The One Yuan International Golf Course skillfully utilizes water surfaces, streams, slopes, and the original natural landscape. With its smooth layout, rich backdrop, winding lakeshore, graceful trees, vibrant flower beds, comfortable grassy slopes, and dreamlike bunkers, the course constructs its main framework, creating excellent visual effects and offering visitors the enjoyment of surrendering themselves to the breeze, the blue sky, the clear waters, and becoming one with nature.

Hefei is located between the Yangtze and Huaihe rivers, in the mid-latitude zone, and has a subtropical humid monsoon climate. The annual average temperature ranges between 15°C and 16°C. The characteristics of the annual temperature variation include distinct monsoon seasons, clearly defined four seasons, mild climate, moderate rainfall, changeable spring temperatures, crisp autumn air, significant plum rains, and concentrated summer rainfall. In short, the climate conditions are superior and the climate resources are abundant. The best travel season is from April to October each year.

Shuangdun Town: Shuangdun Town is located at the southernmost tip of Changfeng County and serves as the northern gateway to the provincial capital, Hefei. In 1996, it was listed as one of the first national comprehensive reform pilot towns by the National Economic System Reform Commission. In 1999, it was designated as a national small-town construction pilot town by the Ministry of Construction. In 2002, it was positioned as the economic and cultural sub-center of Changfeng County by the Changfeng County Committee and County Government. In September 2005, it was approved as a provincial development and reform pilot town in Anhui, enjoying a series of preferential policies for development and reform.
