Xin Sanshui Farmstead is located in Yangliuqing Town, Xiqing District, a renowned charming town in China. Leveraging its exceptional natural ecological resources, the farmstead has vigorously implemented agricultural restructuring, accelerated the development of eco-agriculture, and strengthened eco-tourism. With a total investment of 20 million yuan, the project is situated in the eastern ecological zone of the town. The first phase of Tianjin Xin Sanshui Farmstead officially opened to the public on August 28. It integrates multi-functional activities including three-dimensional eco-cultivation, breeding, fruit and vegetable picking, farmhouse accommodation, animal interaction, and fishing. Together with the folk culture tourism area in the southern part of the town, it forms the largest folk-ecological tourism zone in the Tianjin region.

The first phase of the green ecological farmstead, which has been completed and opened to the public, has an investment of 7 million yuan. Centered around the theme of “green ecology,” it features several functional areas including a picking garden, leisure farmhouse courtyard, farmhouse dining area, animal interaction zone, and fishing pond. It is also reported that the second phase has already commenced, with the entire project set to be completed by the end of next year.

Free boat riding and lotus viewing are available; fruit and vegetable picking and other activities are charged at cost.
