The Shuangfeng Lake Tourist Resort, centered around the Yuan Yi International Golf Club, is located in Shuangdun Town, Changfeng County. It takes about half an hour to reach by car via Shuangfeng Avenue on the Second Ring Road from the city center. The Hefei Yuan Yi Golf Club is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Yuan Yi Group, covering an area of more than 2,000 acres, and was meticulously designed by the renowned Australian golf course architect Les Watts.

Shuangdun Town is situated on the Jianghuai Watershed and boasts numerous natural and artificial lakes. Shuangfeng Lake, Meichong Reservoir, Zhangqiao Reservoir, and Wangzhuang Reservoir are like scattered pieces of natural white jade, creating a natural tourist destination that represents a perfect blend of nature’s artistry and human ingenuity.

The resort area by Shuangfeng Lake features lush green lawns, shimmering blue waters, and rich vegetation. Its undulating terrain resembles rolling waves, presenting a naturally beautiful ecological landscape. The Anhui Yuan Yi International Golf Course is located on the southern shore of Shuangfeng Lake, where numerous water bodies are scattered across the course, creating a unique scenery where water meets sky. Therefore, the lead designer of Yuan Yi Golf Course described it as one of the best golf course locations in the world.

The course is situated on the southeastern side of Shuangfeng Lake. In its design and construction, the original water bodies of Shuangfeng Lake were fully utilized, reflecting both the commitment to preserving nature and ecology, as well as the characteristic of integrating the golf course with the natural environment.
