Originally built in 1912 when the Beijing–Fuzhou Railway was completed. It covers an area of 575 square meters, and is a two-story brick-concrete German-style building with a square floor plan. The roof is covered with red cylindrical tiles, and the steep slope features skylights. The front has four wooden platforms, with arched gateways on both side entrances. The structure is largely well-preserved.

In September 1898, British and German capital groups, without China’s consent, held a meeting in London and unilaterally decided to undertake the construction of the Tianjin–Zhenjiang Railway. The Qing government, succumbing to imperialist pressure, signed a preliminary loan contract in May 1899, and a formal loan contract in 1908, meanwhile changing the railway’s name from Tianjin–Zhenjiang to Tianjin–Pukou. The Tianjin–Pukou Railway spans 1,009 kilometers in total. The northern section stretches 626 kilometers from the connection point south of the Tianjin Main Station on the Beijing–Fengtian Railway to Han Zhuang in Shandong; the southern section extends 383 kilometers from Han Zhuang to Pukou. The two sections commenced construction in July 1908 and January 1909 respectively, and were connected in September 1911. Yangliuqing Railway Station was built in Yangliuqing in 1912.

Yangliuqing Railway Station is situated to the north of Yangliuqing Town, on the southern bank of the Ziya River. Yangliuqing Town: Yangliuqing Town is located at a strategic point near the capital, serves as the seat of the Xiqing District government, and is the political, economic, and cultural center of the district. The town lies in the western part of Tianjin, bordering Zhongbei Town and Yangliuqing Farm to the east, Zhangjiawo Town to the south, Xinkou Town to the southwest, Wuqing District to the northwest, and Beichen District to the north. It covers an area of 64 square kilometers, with a built-up town area of 13 square kilometers. The town government administers 25 administrative villages and streets, along with 29 neighborhood committees, and has a total population of 120,000, making it the largest township in Tianjin and the Bohai Economic Rim.
