The ancient architectural complex of Lingshan Village is located in Lingshan Village, Chengkan Town, Huizhou District, Huangshan City.

The ancient architectural complex of Lingshan Village includes over 40 ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties, with numerous deep and secluded alleys that interconnect. To the east of the stream are densely arranged houses and estates, most of which are ancient structures from the Ming and Qing dynasties as well as the modern era. To the west of the stream are mostly auxiliary residential buildings. There are over 20 stone bridges spanning the stream. The complex contains seven key protected ancient buildings, including four at the southern water outlet of the village: the Han Yuan Archway, Tian Zun Pavilion, Lingyang Bridge, and Wu Fu Temple, one Ming dynasty ancestral hall, and two Qing dynasty residential buildings. These are representative structures of Lingshan Village, showcasing a rich variety of architectural types, diverse forms, and strong styles, reflecting the unique historical character of Huizhou-style ancient architecture.

Protected Area: 20 meters south of Lingyang Bridge to the south, up to Fang Bi Residence at the Shangcun intersection to the north, with the Fengxi Stream as the center to the east and west—5–10 meters to the west, 10–30 meters to the east.

Lingshan Village: Lingshan Village is located southeast of Chengkan, built against mountains and near water. It was established during the Later Tang Dynasty, belonged to the 22nd District, 1st Section of She County under Huizhou Prefecture in the Yuan Dynasty, and was part of the Renfeng Li, Ren Shan Da She, Gunxiu Township, She County, Huizhou Prefecture in the Ming Dynasty. Today, it is part of Lingshan Administrative Village, Chengkan Town, Huizhou District, Huangshan City, comprising 17 villager groups with a population of over 1,700. Lingshan is revered for its serene beauty and its status as a sacred site of Buddhist practice in the eyes of many. The village lies in the valley between Lingjin Mountain and Feng Mountain, with the long Lingjin River flowing gently through the village, dividing it into northern and southern sections.
