Xiaoyan Site

The Xiaoyan Site is a cultural relic protection site of Huizhou.

The Xiaoyan Site is located in Xiaoyan, Luotian Village, Yansi Town, Huizhou District, dating back to the Wei and Jin dynasties.

The Xiaoyan Site has been designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.

Luotian Village: Luotian, under the jurisdiction of Huizhou District, Huangshan City, borders She County and Tunxi District to the southeast. National Highway 205 (Cizhang Line) and the Anhui–Jiangxi Railway run through the village, making transportation extremely convenient. It was once the seat of the Luotian Township government and was incorporated into Yansi Town in 1992 following the merger of districts and townships.　

Luotian Village consists of three natural villages arranged in a triangular formation. The front one is the natural village of Luotian, while the two behind are Macheng and Zeshu. The natural village of Luotian is backed by a mountain and opens up to the front, featuring two watercourses flowing from north to south and from west to south, making it a rare geomantically auspicious site.
