Shuyuan Village

Introduction Shuyuan Village is located at the southern foot of Huangshan Mountain, surrounded by mountains on all sides, with ancient trees towering above and a stream flowing through the entire village. Due to its terrain closely resembling the Sichuan Basin, it is called Shuyuan (literally “Sichuan Source”). It is a typical Huizhou ancient village with the charm of a Jiangnan water town, where well-preserved traditional folk houses can be found. The green vegetation here is well conserved, and the Guanyin Mountain at the village entrance produces an abundance of peach blossoms and epiphyllum flowers, hence it is also known as the “Little Peach Blossom Spring” and the “Epiphyllum Valley.”
