Puren Beach

The Puren Beach Scenic Area is known as the “No. 1 Drift on Huangshan.” It has been renovated with an investment of over one million yuan and is a natural tourist attraction that combines sightseeing, entertainment, and leisure.

The scenic area is situated in the Puren Beach section of the Machuan River, within the eastern gateway of Huangshan, famed for the saying “After returning from Huangshan, no other mountain is worth seeing.” The clear and swift river complements the majestic and unique Huangshan Mountain, creating a picturesque harmony between mountain climbing and water adventures that is truly a gem of southern Anhui. The area is filled with fragrant flowers, birdsong, and pleasant scenery. Towering peaks line both banks, accompanied by dense forests and bamboo groves, while deep valleys stretch along the course. Sitting on a raft, watching the green mountains race by on either side and fish dart beneath the clear water evokes a sense of returning to nature and embracing simplicity.

Within the 8-hectare scenic area, there are participatory recreational facilities such as the Jiangnan-style building complex Nv'er Zhuang (Daughter’s Manor), a farmhouse-style teahouse, Mom’s BBQ House, ethnic song and dance performances, and bonfire parties. These additions bring leisure and entertainment elements to the rafting experience, enriching the tour content and making it uniquely distinctive.
