Xianyuan Town: With a long history, Xianyuan Town served as the county seat of Taiping County for 1,219 years, from 745 AD (the 4th year of the Tang Yuanhe era) to 1963. The area features unique historical and cultural sites such as the Song Dynasty Yongji Bridge, the Qing Dynasty Linfeng Bridge, stone inscriptions on slate, ancient city walls, and the Macun Military Station, as well as the beautiful natural scenery along the Machuan River. As a tourism development project, it is now open for comprehensive investment.
