Xianyuan Town: With a long history, Xianyuan Town served as the county seat of Taiping County for 1,219 years, from 745 AD (the 4th year of the Tang Yuanhe era) until 1963. The area features unique historical and cultural sites such as the Yongji Bridge from the Song Dynasty, the Linfeng Bridge and stone inscriptions from the Qing Dynasty, ancient city walls, and the Machun Military Post, as well as the beautiful natural scenery along both sides of the Machuan River. As a tourism development project, it is now open for comprehensive investment.
