Introduction: Masteel Panshan Resort is a national 3A-level scenic area. It is situated in the Putan Scenic Area on the eastern outskirts of Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province, 14 kilometers from downtown Ma'anshan and 22 kilometers from Nanjing Lukou Airport, with convenient transportation. Established in 1996, the resort covers a core area of 2,050 acres and is one of the largest leisure and vacation complexes in East China, integrating leisure, entertainment, dining, accommodation, and conferences. As the ancients said, “Fate, luck, and feng shui.” The contours of mountains and rivers, as well as the changes in trees and rocks, can reflect the spiritual energy of the land. The surrounding mountains of the resort stretch from east to west, with jagged peaks lining the ridges. To the front lies Ximian Mountain, behind stands Swan Peak, to the left flows Shuanglu Stream, and to the right rises Golden Rooster Ridge. On a clear day, climbing to the top offers a panoramic view of the resort. The entire mountain area blooms in spring and bears fruit in autumn, with deep valleys, flowing streams, and abundant wildlife resources. There are over 10 species of wild edible fungi, 100 plant species, and nearly 60 animal species recorded here. Among them, there are more than 10 species of egrets—hailed by the international environmental community as “the monitoring birds for air and water quality.” If there is such a thing as an auspicious feng shui site, then Panshan Resort can be described as a treasure basin—a natural oxygen bar shaded by lush, thriving trees. The resort is rich in natural beauty. In the early 1980s, the film "The Corner Forgotten by Love," which became hugely popular across China, along with its novel and filming, were both set and produced here. Local folklore also adds an air of mystery to this already culturally rich resort: it is said that five golden, radiant chickens often stroll along Golden Rooster Ridge, and within Swan Mountain, there remains a lamp lit by 88 oil jars.

If “returning to nature and enjoying leisure” is the development philosophy and functional positioning of the resort, then actively responding to the development and construction of Ma'anshan’s Putan Scenic Area and vigorously advancing environmental improvements and leisure functions are timely measures. The “core area” concentrates the essence of the resort’s natural landscapes and tourism resources: “Lying in the official quarters, listening to the rustling bamboo,” the resort features red-roofed, white-walled courtyard-style suites and farm-style cuisine prepared by nationally renowned chefs, all reflecting the main character and distinctive features of the resort.
