The Liu Family Ancestral Hall Gate Tower is located in Tuyong Village, Changling Town, Wangjiang County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

On October 23, 2012, the Liu Family Ancestral Hall Gate Tower was designated as part of the sixth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Anqing City.

Changling Town: Changling Town is a central-established town in Anhui Province, located in the northwest of Wangjiang County. It sits at the junction of two provinces (Hubei and Anhui) and three counties (Taihu, Susong, and Wangjiang), bordering both Bo Lake and Wuchang Lake. The town governs 17 administrative villages, covers a total area of 140 square kilometers (with 3.5 square kilometers in the town center), and has a population of 78,000 (including 17,000 in the town center). The area boasts complete infrastructure, abundant resources, and a beautiful environment.
