It has red brick exposed walls, a king post roof truss, steeply pitched筒瓦 (cylindrical tile) roofing with varying heights, and a distinctive architectural style. The interior is luxuriously and elegantly decorated, with high-end marble flooring and hardwood furnishings. It includes facilities such as a dining room, ballroom, study, living room, and bedrooms. The spacious courtyard is planted with various flowers, trees, and plants including pagoda trees and wisteria. The backyard originally housed a greenhouse and stables. It is a private garden residence in the typical style of an English country cottage.
