Shangyu Erdou Bayberry Ecological Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Shangyu Erdou Bayberry Ecological Park is located in Yiting Town, Shangyu City, 11 kilometers from downtown Shangyu. Covering an area of 6 square kilometers, it is an important part of Shangyu’s “Four Seasons Fruits Tour.” The scenic area mainly consists of the Shiwai Meiyuan Leisure Sightseeing Ecological Park, Zhen Shan Bayberry Ecological Demonstration Park, and Manshanhong Bayberry Base. With the theme of “admiring thousands of acres of green seas and red waves, and tasting selenium-rich bayberries from Erdou,” it is a leisure tourism destination dedicated to promoting and spreading Erdou bayberry culture, showcasing the production characteristics of the bayberry industry, and highlighting the ecological leisure of bayberry groves and the scenic beauty of forested mountains. In addition to Erdou bayberries, the area also boasts a rich variety of fresh fruits throughout the year, such as strawberries, cherries, grapes, kiwifruit, blueberries, persimmons, chestnuts, and more. The scenic area also features historic and culturally rich temples and sites, including Fajie Temple and Qingyin Temple, as well as picturesque spots like Zhuangyuan’ao Reservoir and Luoyan Mountain. Hiking trails, cycling fitness paths, and forest paths run through the park. A full range of leisure and entertainment facilities are available, including dining, barbecuing, camping, and fishing.
