The Relay Pavilion – Wufu Water Conservancy and Shipping Facilities is located in Yiting Town, Shangyu City, and dates back to the Ming and Qing dynasties.

On January 7, 2011, it was designated as part of the sixth batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

Yiting Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Shangyu City. In 1956, Wufu Township and Yiting Township merged to form Wuyi Township, and in 1992, Wuyi Township merged with Hengtang Township to become Yiting Town. It covers an area of 51.3 square kilometers with a population of 23,000. The Hangzhou–Ningbo Railway, Hangzhou–Ningbo Expressway, and Hangzhou–Ningbo Canal run through the town.
