This building was originally the private residence of Zi Yufu, manager of the Xiangfashun Furniture Shop. It is bordered by Hebei Road to the east, Munan Road to the south, Guilin Road to the west, and Dali Road to the north. The two-story Western-style mansion features red brick walls with exposed mortar, a red tiled multi-sloped roof, and a brick-and-wood structure. The top of the building’s façade is adorned with an elegantly curved corner tower-style skylight, complemented by white windows and doors framed with white cement trim, giving the structure a bright and cheerful color scheme. At the main entrance, stone steps lead up to a semi-circular balcony supported by four white square pillars and adorned with a decorative railing, forming a semi-enclosed porch hallway. It is a distinctive architectural landmark in good condition.
