The father of Li

In May 1994, Li Shenzhi, then honorary chairman of the CPPCC Peace District Committee, donated a building he owned to the Peace District CPPCC free of charge.

The building is bordered by Hebei Road to the east, Munan Avenue to the south, Guilin Road to the west, and Dali Avenue to the north. The four buildings cover a total area of over 4,000 square meters, with each building having a construction area of 984 square meters. The exterior features a granite base, pebble-rendered walls, steeply pitched gabled roofs, and rooftop terraces. The interior includes high-quality hardwood wainscoting and flooring, with hexagonal living rooms that feature exquisitely designed fireplaces, representing a German-style courtyard villa residence. The buildings are currently in good condition.
