Sun Jilu was formerly the manager of Tianjin Yujì Salt Company. The former residence of Sun Jilu is located at No. 20, Zhengzhou Road, Heping District. It was built in 1939. The building faces Macau Road to the east, Zhengzhou Road to the south, Xinhua South Road to the west, and Luoyang Road to the north. With a construction area of 210 square meters, it is a three-story brick-concrete structure designed and supervised by Yong Huimin. The building is delicate and exquisitely crafted, featuring a "T"-shaped layout with a curved flat-roofed three-story tower at the corner, making it a uniquely modern-style small Western-style house. The building is currently in good condition.
