This villa is bordered by Guilin Road to the east, Maching Road to the south, Yunnan Road to the west, and Munan Road to the north. It was originally the private residence of Bian Wannian, son of the renowned banker Bian Bai Mei and former director of En Guang Hospital. The structure is built with brick and wood in a two-story European-style villa. The brick walls feature a gable-combined façade with distinct layers and large sloping gable roofs. The floor plan is well-arranged with varied shapes of square and round windows and doors. The building is small yet exquisite, with a unique style. The construction area is 889 square meters, and the current condition of the building is relatively good.
