Lovers' Island

Lovers' Island, originally known as Houmen Mountain, is located on the eastern side of the central part of Zhujiajian Island. Its shoreline is about a hundred meters from the cape between Nansha and Dongsha, and it can be crossed on foot during low tide. The island is elongated, stretching from northwest to southeast, over a thousand meters in length, and resembles a "person"-shaped peninsula when viewed from above. In 1997, a 122-meter suspension bridge was built between Lovers' Island and Zhujiajian Island, making it possible to visit regardless of the tides. Visitors walking on the suspension bridge can enjoy the view of the surging tides below.

Dragon Cave

Dragon Cave is located in the cliffs of Houmen Mountain between Nansha and Dongsha. It can be reached on foot from the beach at low tide. There are two caves, a large one called Dragon Cave and a small one called Crab Cave. The large cave is seven to eight meters wide and extends over 100 meters deep, mysterious and profound. Local fishermen call it the "Number One Cave under Heaven." At high tide, the seawater floods the cave, and the waves crash violently outside, resembling a dragon emerging from the water. At low tide, the interior dries up like land, and a dark pebble beach glimmers brightly, allowing visitors to walk onto the beach and enter the cave. The cave is shaped like a hook, its walls embedded with sea snails and shells, arranged in a dazzling array. Inside, there are grotesque rocks and peculiar stones resembling a child worshipping Buddha, a turtle crawling on the beach, an eagle soaring through the sky, or a lotus bud about to bloom...
