The International Sand Sculpture Art Square is the main venue for hosting the International Sand Sculpture Art Festival and is the first comprehensive square in China dedicated to showcasing sand sculpture art. The square is divided into a sand sculpture exhibition area, a shopping and dining area, a performance viewing area, and a black pine forest leisure activity area. Take a close look at those amazing sand sculpture artworks; when you’re tired from strolling, take a break and enjoy wonderful song and dance performances; if you’re hungry, there’s delicious seafood barbecue that will keep you coming back for more. Peak season (May–October): 75 RMB, 65 RMB (no swimming allowed); Off-peak season (November–April of the following year): 20 RMB. Children under 1.2 meters, military personnel, seniors over 70 years old, and children 6 years old (inclusive) and under enjoy free admission; children between 1.2–1.5 meters, seniors aged 60–70, minors aged 6 (exclusive) to 18 (inclusive), and full-time university undergraduates and below enjoy half-price tickets.
