-- The cruise ship to Dongfushan Island circles around the lighthouse, creating a perfect photo opportunity against the backdrop of blue sky, white clouds, and the sea. Additionally, watching the sunrise and sunset here is a delightful experience.

-- Getting here requires taking a boat. Please note that there is only one daily boat to Miaozihu Island, departing at 8:30 AM. Friends planning to visit during holidays should buy tickets in advance.

Transportation

To visit the lighthouse on Dongji Island, you must first take a bus or vehicle to Zhoushan Shenjiamen Banshengdong Pier, then take a ferry from there.

1. Public Transport: In Zhoushan, you can take bus routes 3, 6, 7, 9, 13, 15, 20, or 29 to Banshengdong Station. After a short walk, you’ll reach Shenjiamen Banshengdong Pier, where you can take a ferry to Miaozihu Island.

2. By Ferry

① Shenjiamen – Miaozihu

Ferries depart from Shenjiamen at 8:30 AM daily, with the return trip at 11:00 AM.

Lower deck: 100 RMB, middle deck: 130 RMB, upper deck: 150 RMB. The journey takes about 2 hours.

② Miaozihu – Qingbang – Dongfushan

Ferries depart daily at 7:30 and 11:00 from Miaozihu, and at 8:30 and 12:00 from Dongfushan, with a stop at Qingbang en route.

One-way fare: Miaozihu – Qingbang 20 RMB, Miaozihu – Dongfushan 30 RMB
