Baisha Island

The best time to visit Baisha Island is from May to October. The island is known for its sea fishing and offshore angling. To the east of Baisha Island lies the East China Sea, making it one of the best spots in China to watch the sunrise over the East China Sea. Location: Eastern waters of Putuo District, Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. Ticket: 25 RMB for the boat fare; no additional fee is required to enter the island. Transportation: For those driving, you can take the beautiful Zhoushan Cross-sea Bridge from Ningbo, drive directly onto Zhujiajian Island (a national-level tourist area), and then take a boat from Wushitang Wharf on Zhujiajian Island for about 15 minutes to reach Baisha Island. Additionally, Zhoushan Putuo Mountain Airport is located on Zhujiajian Island, so you can also arrive by plane.
