The former site of the Dinghai Weather Station is located in Shenjiamen Subdistrict, Putuo District, Zhoushan City, dating back to the Republican era.
On January 7, 2011, it was designated as part of the sixth batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units.
