The Former Residence of the Wang Family is a cultural heritage site protected by Tianjin Municipality.

The Former Residence of the Wang Family is located at No. 54 Machang Road, Heping District. It is a cultural heritage site protected by Tianjin Municipality and classified as a historically styled building under general protection in Tianjin.

The residence is a three-story brick-concrete building, designed as a high-end British-style villa with a modern and contemporary style. The exterior walls are cement-rendered, with parts left in exposed brick. The first floor features semicircular corner bays, complete with iron railings and round balconies with exposed cement walls. The entire structure steps inward with each ascending floor. The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, and floral hall, while the upper floor houses a study and bedrooms. Originally the home of the Wang family, this residence was briefly inhabited by the Young Marshal Zhang Xueliang. In its prime, the property boasted beautiful scenery with rockeries, pavilions, a small pond, lush trees, and fragrant flowers.
