The Former Site of the Red Army Advance Detachment Garrison (Pingyang) is a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The Former Site of the Red Army Advance Detachment Garrison (Pingyang) is located in Fengwo Town, Pingyang County, dating back to 1937–1938.

The Former Sites of the Southern Zhejiang (Pingyang) Anti-Japanese Base are located in Shanmen Town and Fengwo Community, Shuitou Town, Pingyang County. This area has long been known as the "Yan'an of Zhejiang." It is a national classic red tourism destination, serving as the activity hub for the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army Advance Detachment, the Provisional Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party in the Fujian-Zhejiang Border Region, and the Zhejiang Provincial Committee. It is also one of the revolutionary bases established by comrades such as Su Yu, Liu Ying, and Zeng Shan in Southern Zhejiang. Additionally, it is a national patriotic education demonstration base, featuring numerous revolutionary relics. These include five major thematic areas: the Revolutionary History of the Red Army, the History of the Fujian-Zhejiang Border Base, the Legacy of the First Congress of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Historical Commemorative Sites, and the Site where the Ashes of General Su Yu were Scattered.

On January 13, 2017, the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government designated it as part of the Seventh Batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units.
