Fangdong Cave
Located to the west of the Lingyan Scenic Area, Fangdong Cave contains three dripping springs, with accumulated water that is drinkable. A hundred-meter-long plank walkway stretches out from the cave entrance, built across the sheer cliff face—extremely perilous, which deters many visitors.
The cable car costs 40 RMB, but you can also walk from the mountain’s base to Fangdong Cave to avoid the fare.
From Xianglingtou, take the scenic area bus for 2.5 RMB to reach the Fangdong Cave entrance; alternatively, after visiting Dalongqiu, you can take the scenic area bus to Fangdong Cave.
