Qingyun Taoist Temple

Originally named "Jujitan," Qingyun Taoist Temple is one of the region’s significant Taoist sacred sites, covering a total area of over 30 acres and divided into front, middle, and rear halls. The front hall, the Hall of Heavenly Kings, enshrines the Four Heavenly Kings; the middle hall, the Jingyang Treasure Hall, is dedicated to the Deity Xu Zhenjun; and the rear hall, the Daluo Treasure Hall, houses the Three Pure Ones and the Jade Emperor, along with side chambers.

Surrounded by verdant hills and lush woods, Qingyun Taoist Temple features three large ponds in front, their waters shimmering blue. By the pond lies a broad natural chessboard rock, said to be the spot where two immortals once played chess. In front of the temple gate and on the large stone pillars are engraved couplets authored by renowned scholars Hu Tianpu and Lin Haoshi.
