Located at the foot of Niutang Mountain in Me’ao Village, Sidu Township. Wang Shipeng (1112–1171), courtesy name Guilin, art name Meixi, ranked first in the imperial examinations of 1157 during the Southern Song Dynasty’s Shaoxing era. He was appointed to the Hanlin Academy as a Dragon Diagram Pavilion academician and was posthumously honored as Zhongwen (Loyal and Literary). He was a patriotic and people-loving statesman and literary figure of the Southern Song, and the author of Collected Works of Mr. Wang of Meixi. The tomb complex covers an area of approximately 1,600 square meters. The grave mound is built in the shape of an armchair and constructed from block stones. The lower terrace platform features two stele pavilions with the epitaph erected in the center; the middle terrace platform has a lotus pond in the center, and both sides of the enclosing wall are equipped with steps and slopes, arranged in five terraced levels from front to back, with the uppermost level being the grave mound. On the spirit way, there are remnants of two stone sheep, two stone horses, two stone figures, and one stone tiger, all damaged.

Sidu Township: Sidu Township is located in the central-western part of Yueqing City. It borders Shifan Town to the east, Chengbei Township to the south, Danxi Town to the north, and neighbors Yongjia County to the west. The township government is located in Meixi Village, which is 9.8 kilometers in a straight line from downtown Yueqing City and 8 kilometers from Hongqiao Town, a central town in Wenzhou. The area covers 41.42 square kilometers, with a total population of 14,986, and governs 15 administrative villages. The mountainous land of the township spans 47,604 mu, with a forest coverage rate of 69%, ranking first in Yueqing City.
