The Pujiang County Archives serves as a patriotic education base.

The Pujiang County Archives is situated in the new urban district of Pujiang County, north of the Puzheng Highway and east of Pingqi Road. It occupies 25 mu, with Phase I construction covering 8,390 square meters and a total investment of 34 million yuan. The newly constructed building features a grand and refined exterior, set amidst shaded trees and gently swaying bamboo. Inside, it incorporates a range of modern amenities including communication networks, TV surveillance, fire linkage control systems, digital archives, electronic reading rooms, and multimedia presentation facilities. The facility includes public service areas, dedicated archival storage zones, administrative offices for the bureau and archives, and exhibition spaces. Functionally, it meets the requirements of a “four-in-one” model—serving as a secure archival storage base, a patriotic education base, a centralized center for providing access to publicly released current documents, and an archival information service hub. This has laid a solid foundation for the further development of the county’s archival endeavors. In 2012, it was designated as the “Pujiang County Patriotic Education Base,” and in 2015, it was newly recognized as a municipal-level patriotic education base.
