The Yang Family Ancestral Hall in Sanshuitan dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is located in Sanshuitan Village, Jiuhe Township.

In December 2018, the Yang Family Ancestral Hall in Sanshuitan was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Pan’an County.

Sanshuitan Village: Introduction to Sanshuitan

In the past, three streams converged at the village, forming a deep pool, hence the name Sanshuitan (Three Waters Pool). The village committee is located in Sanshuitan, from which the village gets its name.

In 1950, it belonged to Sancun (Third Village) of Jiuhe Township; in 1956, it was divided into Xianfeng Society and Shengli Society; in 1958, it became the Sanshuitan Production Team; in 1961, it was established as the Sanshuitan Brigade, and in 1983, it was renamed the Sanshuitan Village Committee.

It is a mountainous area, with the village laid out in a T-shape, bordered by Yuancun to the east, Shanghu to the south, Nanjing to the west, and Wutang and Maozhuxi to the north.
