Wuyi Xili Hot Spring has been approved by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province as a provincial-level hot spring tourism resort. The resort covers a planned total area of 8 square kilometers and consists of functional zones including a hot spring resource development and protection area, a hot spring bathing and leisure area, a hot spring fitness and wellness area, a hot spring sports and competition area, and a high-end residential area for hot spring living. Facilities already completed include a hot spring extraction and supply project, the Qingshuiwan Hot Spring Resort, and the Xiaoxili Hot Spring Bath Bar. The Xiaoxili Hot Spring Bath Bar is the first hot spring bathing facility in the resort to open to the public. Just 5 kilometers from downtown Wuyi, the Xili Hot Spring Resort offers visitors the chance to soak in its thermal waters. According to authoritative measurements, the hot spring has a daily water yield of over 6,000 tons, with temperatures ranging from 42.6°C to 45°C. It contains a variety of trace elements beneficial to the human body and is effective in treating and rehabilitating skin diseases, as well as cardiovascular, nervous, and digestive system disorders. The hot spring resort area features soaking pools and bath bars in various sizes, and every room in the hot spring villas is supplied with hot spring water—allowing guests to wash away fatigue while unknowingly enjoying therapeutic benefits that improve health, beautify the skin, and strengthen the body, all while experiencing the unique and magical effects of the springs.

The hot spring water is extracted from a depth of 330 meters underground, with a daily yield of over 4,500 tons and an outlet water temperature between 41.2°C and 44°C. The water is transparent, colorless, and odorless, flowing like a gentle stream. It is rich in over 20 types of minerals beneficial to the human body, including fluorine, sulfur, strontium, molybdenum, and iron.
