Ancient Trail in Niutou Mountain National Forest Park

Starting and ending (via) points: Xiati Village, passing through Shangtai Village’s General Pavilion, Wu Gong Temple, Yangtian Lake, Jiupan Ridge, Paradise, and Baisha, ending at Suichang County.

Total length: 10 kilometers (width 90 cm)

Overview and main features: The ancient forest trail in Niutou Mountain National Forest Park was an official route from Wuyi County to Suichang County. It is currently relatively well-preserved. Starting from Shangtai Village, the trail winds through serene valleys filled with birdsong and floral scents. Along the way, you’ll find sites such as Wu Gong Temple and Yangtian Lake, all set against a backdrop of green mountains and clear waters. The highest elevation along the trail exceeds 1,200 meters.
