The entire residential courtyard at No. 245 Tangxiayang Village is located at No. 245, Tangxiayang Village, Fotang Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit in April 2013, with the official announcement document number being Yizheng Fa [2013] No. 29, dated April 24, 2013.

Tangxiayang Village: Located in Fotang Town, Yiwu City, Tangxiayang Village has a permanent population of 451 households and 1,056 residents. The village has built a cultural activity center, a floodlit basketball court, and indoor cultural activity rooms including a library reading room, table tennis, and billiards.
