On April 20, 2015, the 12th China International Hardware & Electrical Appliances Expo will grandly open at the Yiwu International Expo Center. To better serve enterprises and encourage innovation and excellence, an “Outstanding Exhibiting Enterprises” awards event will be held. We sincerely invite all enterprises to actively sign up. There are numerous great prizes to be won, including iPad Air2, laser all-in-one print-fax machines, and branded fax machines. All exhibiting companies participating in this Hardware Expo are eligible to apply and may have the chance to win. The selection process will strictly adhere to the principles of fairness and impartiality. The organizing committee office will determine the winning enterprises based on both online and offline voting results. The application deadline is 17:00 on April 8, 2015. Selection method: 1. Preliminary selection: From April 9–10, the organizing committee will conduct a preliminary selection based on the application forms, related materials, product images, descriptions, and other documentation provided by the enterprises, in order to determine the shortlisted products and enterprises. 2. Final selection: From April 11 to April 20, the shortlisted enterprises will be announced on WeChat and the official website for online voting, with voting closing at 18:00 on April 20. On April 20, an on-site anonymous vote will take place at the “product display booths of the shortlisted enterprises” within the exhibition venue, with voting ending at 17:00 on April 20.
Enterprises that meet one or more of the following criteria will be given priority in the selection: ① Enterprises that own nationally renowned trademarks or provincial/municipal-level brand-name products ② Enterprises that possess technologies or products recognized by national or provincial/municipal authorities as key promoted items ③ Enterprises that have won national or provincial/municipal-level environmental protection awards ④ Enterprises that hold patent certificates for high-tech products ⑤ Enterprises that possess independent intellectual property rights or can ensure that such rights are clear and uncontested ⑥ Longstanding enterprises that have participated in the event for three consecutive sessions or more ⑦ Enterprises with special booths occupying four or more booths in this session. If your enterprise meets any of the above, contact our staff to sign up right away—opportunities like this don’t come around every day.
At 2:00 PM on April 21, an award ceremony will be held at the Yiwu International Expo Center to announce the selection results, present honor certificates and prizes, and feature exclusive media interviews to give the public a full understanding of the winning enterprises. The selection results will also be published on the Hardware Expo’s official website and WeChat account, and promotional support will be provided for the winning enterprises.
